Private dock, diving board, and swimming raft (8 ft. deep clear water), snorkeling, campfire, fishing from dock, walking trails in mature pine forest, canoeing, fishing, float plane dockage, bird watching, peace and serenity. Convenience store and snack bar located within 1 mile.

Fall, Winter, Spring Activities:
Ice-fishing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, peace and serenity.

Activities Offsite:
Snack bar, store, gas, public beach, hiking trails, boat and canoe rentals, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ice-fishing, guided day trips.

Allowances:
Smoking allowed outside only, children welcome - please provide all of your own lifejackets and any required licenses. (Note: children must wear life-jackets outside at all times. Pets: (with property owner’s consent) – must be kept under strict control and not be allowed on furniture -  a “stoop & scoop” policy must be adhered to.

Rental Rates & Methods of Payment:

We accept:  Cash, Money Orders
Reservation Deposit Required: 50% upon application for such Rental, final 50% due upon arrival.

Arrival Time:  2:00 PM on the start date of each rental.
Departure Time:  11:00 AM on the end date of the rental. Rental property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Cancellation:  If owner unable to rebook the Rental Property for the period concerned all monies paid by the Renter will be forfeited.  If rebooking for the full period can be arranged, the Owner will refund all monies paid less a $100 handling charge.
