It will be the individual team's responsibility to provide a properly completed 'Official League Game Sheet' to the Referee before each game. Only fully registered players or properly noted Call-Ups may be listed on the game sheet and eligible for play.

'Call-ups' must be reported to the League no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the game in question, otherwise the player cannot be added to the Game Sheet and therefore WILL NOT be eligible to play. Opposing teams have the right to verify that the league has been properly notified and has approved a Call-up Permit.

Call-Up permits are valid only for the game specified.

Please ensure game sheets are properly and fully completed -- ie. Date, Game Number, Time and Opposition, as well as designation of Home or Away Team. The Game Sheet 'MUST' be signed by a team official, usually Coach/Manager or designated person.
