Robillard Township is not a municipally organized township. As such no zoning is in effect, however, all buildings are required to comply with the Ontario Building Code.

The private access road has been constructed, graded, surfaced and drainage provided to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation and the road allowance is dedicated as public highways, consequently, year round access is provided by the Township.

All lots have been approved by the Timiskaming Health Unit for use of a class 4 sewage system (3-bedroom house). There are 14 lots in the subdivision. Electricity is currently available to lots 11 to 14. Please contact us for further information.
